A simple credit check may be performed when you order.
We reserve the right to alter contents and conditions (in product sheets/catalogues and on the website), product availability, specification/performance and prices without prior notice if taxes, other charges, exchange rates or costs should change for reasons outside our control. We cannot be held liable for any printing errors in product sheets/catalogues or typing errors on the website. All terms and conditions apply until further notice.
CONDITIONS OF SALE
COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS – supplied from Köping
1.1 Orders will be quoted at the prices and conditions in place on the delivery date, subject to change on final sale.
1.2 Fixed delivery dates will normally apply. Orders must reach Nordic Cooling Solutions AB no later than 12.00 on the day before dispatch.
1.3 Any complaints must be raised within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
2.1 In cash, net, 30 days from the invoice date.
2.2 After expiry of the credit period, 10.0% interest will be charged on the arrears.
2.3 The product remains the property of Nordic Cooling Solutions AB until full payment of the commercial invoice has been effected.
3. DELIVERY TERMS
Carriage will normally be charged per unit according to the current contractual price list.
3.1 The buyer must inspect the goods upon receipt/acceptance. Any transport damage should be reported to the forwarding company and Nordic Cooling Solutions within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
The buyer will be liable for any visible damage not reported, and for any repairs and spare parts.
Our centrally-located warehouse in Köping always has a large number of products available. From here we provide flexible deliveries, service and reconditioning for the whole of the Nordic region.
Fast and correct deliveries are our watchword.
Orders received before 12.00 will be dispatched on the same day (goods from stock).
